Return/Exchanges

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@maxwellautotech.com to start a support ticket.

Note: This return policy only applies to in-stock items available on our web store, custom order or specialty products are non-returnable unless otherwise indicated at the time of shipment.

Shipping Times

Usually, we ship products within 1 business day (excluding weekends or US holidays), special orders or very large orders may take an additional 1-2 days. Shipping transit times are highly variable and are not within our control, all US shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail which takes on average 2-4 business days.

Foreign shipments (unless otherwise specified) are sent as a USPS First Class Package which can take 14-20 business days on average, however, weather, strikes, customs processing, or other extenuating factors could cause it to take longer. If you would like a faster better-tracked service we also offer DHL Express, transit times are shorter at 5-7 business days. The cost for Priority Mail is approximately $25-30 depending on weight and location.

If you require rush shipping please contact us (sales@maxwellautotech.com) to inquire about UPS or FedEx Express shipping, this can take as little as 3-4 days for most international shipments, but costs significantly more.
