Major Update April 17, 2020 Domestic USPS services are experiencing delays.
USPS Priority Mail and First Class Package Services will likely see their two to three-day delivery windows extended to three or four day. Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail Local 1-Day deliveries are not impacted at this time, though.
The Postal Service is currently unable to accept items destined for affected countries at any Post Office® or postal facility location, effective April 3 until further notice.
Customers are asked to refrain from entering items addressed to any of the below countries into the USPS system. The below list of destinations are suspended as of April 10, 2020:

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, some carriers are adjusting delivery schedules or routes, this means that packages may take longer to get processed by the postal service or customs. Some of our vendors and manufacturing partners are also adjusting lead times which may result in temporarily extended lead times for some of our products. We appreciate your patience and valued business during this unprecedented time. -James Clark
USPS has enforced a temporary suspension on the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International destined for China and Hong Kong “due to widespread airline cancellations and restrictions into this area.” On 03/23/20, USPS announced the suspension of Priority Mail International service’s guarantee certain European countries, which include:
France
Great Britain
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
The Postal Service™ received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States (U.S.) due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a result, the Postal Service is currently unable to accept items destined for affected countries at any Post Office® or postal facility location, effective April 3 until further notice.
Because of this, we are unable to ship to the following countries effective immediately:

5. Honduras
6. India
7. Kuwait
8. Libya
9. Madagascar
10. Maldives
11. Mongolia
12. New Caledonia
13. Panama

UPS is continuing to deliver packages. Countries that have declared a state of public health emergency may see potential delays in services.
